Learn how to make crispy Veg Spring Rolls recipe - a quick & easy to make party starter snack from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.


For the Filling:

2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush
1 tsp Green Chillies
1 Cup Spring Onion, chopped
1 Cup Cabbage, chopped lengthwise
1 Carrot, chopped lengthwise
1 Capsicum, chopped lengthwise
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
Salt to taste

For the Covering:

1 Big Bowl All Purpose Flour
1 Small Bowl Corn Flour


- To make the filling in a pan heat some oil.
- Add ginger garlic crush, green chillies, spring onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder & salt. Mix everything well.
- Once the filling is done keep it aside to cool down.
- To make the covering in a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, oil and salt. Mix everything with a spoon.
- Then add water as required to make a soft dough.
- Start rolling out thin sheets.
- Spread the mixture over the sheets .
- Make tight rolls covering up the mixture completely. Fix the edges of the rolls with plain flour paste and deep fry the rolls.
- Spring Rolls are ready! Serve hot!
