Metal plate flies off truck knocking two people of scooter

Shocking footage, from China, of a steel plate on the back of a pick-up truck coming loose and knocking two people off a scooter.

The CCTV video, captured in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province last Tuesday, shows the metal plate swinging out to the left and knocking the father and his four-year-old daughter off the bike.

According to local reports, they were both badly injured, but are expected to recover.
