Dramatic footage has emerged of an out-of-control car knocking down two people on a scooter in China.
The CCTV video, filmed in Qujing, Yunnan Province on July 17, shows a SUV speeding backwards, breaking through the traffic barrier and colliding with the scooter on the other side.
Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.
