Once again the show establishes with the tensed environment of elimination. Aditya Narayan announces the result that Sanjay Leela Bhansali's team of Deewana Group, Sajda Sisters & Nirmitee Group remain safe. Seema Jha, Kartar Singh Yadav, Sahiti G & Geet Sagar also stay out of harm. Piyush Kapoor once again remains in the bottom two. Amit Jhadav also ends up in the bottom two who, in the face-off, performs 'Mujhe Kuchh Kehna Hai' originally sung by KK. Piyush once again opts for a Kunal Ganjawala song 'Channa Ve Ghar Aaja'. Sonu Nigam shocks everyone by voting for Amit Jhadav. Shreya Ghoshal also votes for him and he stays in the show. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, on the contrary, feels that the decision wasn't fair. Piyush leaves the stage of X Factor with some unforgettable memories.
The theme of the episode is 'Rain'. Bollywood songs have always looked towards rain as an inspiration. Today's episode spreads love and cheer through some amazing wet songs on rain. Sahiti G cracks the stage with her performance on a difficult 'O Sajna Barkha Bahar Aai' and takes everyone 50 years back to 1960s classic mood. Nirmitee Group surprises everyone with their Rhythm & Blues version of 'Sawan Ka Mahina'. Their playful way of adding new lyrics and moving along with it on the stage is a spectacle. Geet Sagar presents the Kishore Kumar hit 'Ek Ladki Bheegi Bhaagi Si' from the superhit movie 'Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi'. He sings beautifully on this difficult number and tries his best to create an impression. He again shows his RJ skills to call up Shreya Ghoshal on stage to hum her favourite rain song. Shreya Ghoshal startles everyone with her magnificent singing on 'Dar Lage Garje Badariya'. Next one to drop bomb shells on the stage is Seema Jha who performs the rocking 'Baras Ja Ae Badal'. Her fabulous singing leaves everyone astounding. She once again gets a rose from Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Seema Jha was not prepared initially to perform this song but shocks everyone with her rocking performance.
X FACTOR INDIA -- is the big daddy of all music shows in scale and size. With versions in 24 countries and a unique format that gives contestants the chance to showcase their talent regardless of the age.

Open to all citizens of India over the age of 16, the auditions will be divided into 3 categories, viz. 16-25 years, 25 & above and individual groups. Participants that make through the final selection will then be divided into three groups with each group headed by a mentor. Of this lot, the top 12 will be selected to participate in the Galas and prove their mettle to the entire nation

Shreya Ghoshal: For Shreya life has come full circle, from a being a contestant on a reality show to being the judge on the biggest music reality show on Indian television. This gifted singer's first film "Devdas" not only saw her getting a Filmfare 'RD. Burman Award for New Music Talent' but also the 'best female playback singer' award. After lending her voice in more than 180 films and receiving four National Film Awards, she is all set to win hearts in her new avatar as a judge in X FACTOR INDIA.
