A recent study shows only 2.7% of U.S adults are following the 4 lifestyle suggestions for reducing the risks of cardiovascular disease and other serious problems.

Physicians often advise their patients to reduce the risks of cardiovascular disease and other serious problems by following 4 lifestyle rules – exercise, eat right, maintain a healthy weight, and don’t smoke.
A recent study by researchers from Oregon State University and the University of Mississippi shows only 2.7% of U.S. adults are doing as the doctor ordered.
16% qualified as fulfilling three of the recommended actions, and 37% did 2 of them.
People only maintaining one aspect comprised 34% of the group and 11% came in at 0 for 4.
