Report says 78 percent of Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck

CareerBuilder released a report a few months ago stating that 78 percent of full-time working Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck. According to the American Psychological Association (APA), this can seriously harm your physical and mental health. For one, 12 percent of Americans skip out on paying healthcare expenses. Elizabeth Sweet, an assistant professor in anthropology at the University of Massachusetts, conducted a study and found people as young as 24 who struggle with debt are more prone to developing higher diastolic blood pressure.
