A new poll found that Americans are divided on what it means to be American and their sense of national identity. Seven out of 10 Americans feel that the United States is losing its national identity, according to the poll. And only 30 percent say that the country's identity is secure. According to the poll, 47 percent think that illegal immigration is threatening the "American way of life." Nearly 88 percent of Americans agreed they value a fair judicial system and rule of law the most.
