Foreign labour can be a catalyst, says minister

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Abdul Wahid Omar says that the foreign workers issue is not just an immigration issue, even though foreign labour that enters the country through legitimate means has the potential to stimulate the Malaysian economy.
