This is my tribute aka WHO VIDEO (my creation) for Mark Gatiss's version of the doctor.
He's an actor/writer in the early 1980s to now. He did
a doctor who sketches playing the timelord on a short called web of caves.I call him
the 5th Forgotten Doctor.this is my next series of who videos,aka the forgotten doctors.I call him & consider him the 5th Forgotten Doctor.
this is for the 50th Anniverssary. copyright to the bbc and all respective owners I did this out of love since im a fan :)
