This is my tribute aka WHO VIDEO (my creation) for Rowan Atkinson's version of the doctor.
He's an actor in the early 1980s to now. A famous British Comedian,He did
a doctor who sketch playing the timelord on a short called crutial death in 1997 for comedy relief.. He also starred in 2 tv series starring him self.Most famously he is know by the title characters in Mr.Bean,and as edmond Blackadder from Blackadder. I call him
the 7th Forgotten Doctor.this is my next series of who videos,aka the forgotten doctors.I call him & consider him the 7th Forgotten Doctor.
