This is my tribute aka WHO VIDEO(my creation) for Tony Garner's version of the doctor.He does not get enough credit for it.
He's the2nd doctor in a 1995 movie it takes place between the 2nd doctor and the third.it takes place between the end of war games,and the start of spear head from space.The fan film has never been finished.this is my next series of who videos,aka the forgotten doctors.I call him & consider him the 2nd Forgotten Doctor.

this is part 2 of my 11 forgotten who video series for the 50th anniversary of the show,that started in 1963 and still going strong today.this is the 2nd forgotten doctor,all videos are carefuly picked and selected to match the character and the music of the time they were the doctor.Enjoy
