Thomas Morgenstern, actually known for his three olympic gold medals in ski jumping, took part in the Rotorcraft Parallel Slalom and Fender competition, where he added another bronze medal to his collection.

The FAI World Air Games, conducted under the rules of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI), is the premier international multi-discipline air sports event fielding the world’s top athletes. The 2015 edition of the FAI World Air Games has been awarded to the United Arab Emirates for the first time and will be held in Dubai from 1 to 12 December 2015, presenting an array of 11 sports and 24 disciplines.
