Donatas Pauzuolis from Lithuania took the first Gold medal of the FAI World Air Games on December 1, when he won the F3P Aerobatics Modelling at the Dubai Mall. He swept through the competition with near perfection – winning every heat and establishing a clear lead from the start.

The FAI World Air Games, conducted under the rules of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI), is the premier international multi-discipline air sports event fielding the world’s top athletes. The 2015 edition of the FAI World Air Games has been awarded to the United Arab Emirates for the first time and will be held in Dubai from 1 to 12 December 2015, presenting an array of 11 sports and 24 disciplines.
