SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook, 28, may have met his partner in crime, Tashfeen Malik, online. The couple carried out a deadly attack on a social services agency in San Bernardino County, California that killed at least 14 people on Wednesday.

Prior to getting married, Farook frequented at least two Muslim dating websites. Farook, who was born in Chicago, described himself as a coming from a “religious but modern” family on a dating website called iMilap, which caters to individuals with disabilities. Farook did not mention any disabilities in his profile.

In a badly-spelled, grammatically-incorrect attempt to stick out amongst the competition and win over the ladies, Farook added that he enjoyed working with vintage and modern cars, reading religious books, eating outside, traveling and also said he likes to hang out in his yard practicing shooting targets with his sister and friends.

A real, modern renaissance man.

The couple had a 6-month-old baby, whom they left parentless after engaging in a gun battle with police officers on Wednesday that left them both dead.
