So this is a simple, not so simple 3 ingredient cocktail… Yes the classic has Scotch as it’s base spirit; but you can (and we do) use any whiskey/ whisky/ bourbon that you like.
Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch or Bourbon
Ginger ale
Club soda
Glass: Collins
Method:
Add the Scotch or Bourbon to a collins glass and fill with ice.
Pour in equal amounts of ginger ale, and club soda. Serve.
