After a marathon 18-hour session the Bolivian Congress gave the go-ahead for a major change to the country’s Constitution. Members overwhelmingly voted to remove presidential term limits, paving the way for Evo Morales to run for office again. Following this decision, there will be a national referendum, in which the people will say yes or no. “I’m not going to campaign for them to vote yes,” promised Morales, saying that he will abide by the will of the people. teleSUR
