Gujarat has topped the chart as the easiest state for businesses in India. World Bank has released its report on the execution of the government's reform mandate to state governments to ease regulatory hurdles. Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand took the second and third place in the implementation of these reforms but no state has been put in the leader category as the report cites much room for improvement.
