In conversation with ET NOW’s Supriya Shrinate, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley stresses on the need for a mature reading and analysis of the term 'mandate' when asked about why we have seen the Modi Sarkar struggling with the opposition on every debate on the legislative front. A decisive mandate in India is not an incumbent mandate, says the FM adding that a significant section of the Indian politics community do not understand the significance of reforms.
