ngredients:
१ & १/२ cup गेहूँ का आटा
१ cup कसूरी मेथी
१/२ नींबू
१/२ tsp धनिया और जीरा पाउडर
१/४ tsp हल्दी
३ tsp शक्कर
१ & १/२ tbsp तेल
१/२ tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर
१ tsp अदरक मिर्ची की पेस्ट
१/४ tsp हींग
नमक
१ & १/२ tbsp दही

Method:
- In a bowl, take the wheat flour, coriander and cumin seed powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt, sugar, ginger chilli paste, lemon juice, oil, fenugreek leaves, curd and mix everything well.
- Add water to make a soft dough.
- Take a portion of the dough, make a small ball and coat it with some dry wheat flour.
- Sprinkle some wheat flour on the rolling board and start rolling with the help of a rolling pin.
- Place the roti on a hot pan to roast it in medium flame for about 30 to 40 seconds on both the sides.
- When the roti is half cooked, flip it and brush some oil on either side of the roti and cook it till its properly roasted and fried.
