Palak Kofta Curry Ingredients:
For Making Palak Kofta
500 gms of spinach or palak leaves (chopped finely)
½ a cup of gram flour or Besan,
1 tsp of cumin seeds or jeera powder,
1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder,
1 tbsp of Salt,
1 tsp of Coriander powder,
1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste,
2 Green Chilies (finely chopped),
100 gms of Crumbled Paneer.

For Gravy Base
Oil
4 Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
2 Onions (roughly chopped)
2 Green Chilies,
1 inch Ginger (cut into pieces)
5 Garlic Cloves
10-12 Cashews
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cloves
5-6 Black Peppercorns
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
And 3 small Cardamom Pods
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/4th cup of Water

Kofta Gravy
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds
½ a tsp of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp of Coriander Powder
1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp of Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Garam Masala,
1 tsp of powdered Sugar,
And 5-6 tablespoons of Water.
