Jet Drops Retardant on California Wildfire

Thousands of people were evacuated from their homes as 300 houses came under threat from a wildfire raging near Oakhurst, California, on August 18. Hot, dry weather made conditions difficult for firefighters. Footage shows a large jet dropping retardant on the fire before passing directly overhead.
