CHICKEN MCNUGGETS! They remind us of road trips & childhood, when Ronald McDonald was huggable instead of creepy. They were perfect until they got ruined by the revelation that they're made of a pink slime that looks like strawberry frozen yogurt. At least you can trust the shapes will be the same! wait... Chicken McNuggets are arguably now a staple of present US culture in the same way as ballpark hot dogs, afternoon grilled cheese, cold morning-after college dorm pizza slices, greasy chinese takeout, and deep fried twinkies. While they were ruined by the discovery that they are less made of chicken and more made of some weird ectoplasm you get form grinding all the parts of a chick you normally don't eat into meat flavored frozen yogurt, most of us can still collectively turn a blind eye and show down on these by the boxful. But, even before we learned they were made of goop, I remember the conversations in middle school about how they all kind of looked the same.
