How to Make Salsa That Doesn't Suck! - Food Feeder

A little while ago, we sent Noah into the actual kitchen to make actual food for us (and whine about how people buy salad dressing, ever.) You guys seemed to like that, so we've sent him back in the kitchen, for a Salsa lesson! Subscribe: http://goo.gl/Z7lbS

Noah's going to show you how to make two kinds of salsa. As he does so, he'll impart all sorts of useful pointers about flavor profiles, seasonings, chilis... Also, there'll be off-color jokes. Because we know that's why you tune in.

Are you new? Then catch up with a few hundred episodes of The Food Feeder: http://goo.gl/z1ypZ

What do you think of Noah's Recipes? Are you going to go to your kitchen and make it RIGHT NOW!? Because you SHOULD. If you made it, what did you think?? If you didn't make it, and went the wussy-ass route and bought salsa, what's wrong with you? HAVE WE TAUGHT YOU NOTHING???

Let us know in the comments below!

So the important thing, if you were paying attention, is to make it look like salsa. So do whatever you want, add whatever you want, make it delicious! but if you really want the recipe so you can measure things because you're that guy:

Salsa Mexicana
(ratios are up to you, but here's what Noah did in the video)
2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 White Onion
1/4 cup chopped Cilantro
3 Serrano Chiles
Salt to taste, but don't be a wuss about it
Lime Juice (if needed, depending on tomato acidity)

Salsa Verde
9-10 Tomatillos, Broiled for about 5 minutes
8 Dried Red Chiles de Arbol, toasted, stems removed
1 Clove Garlic
Salt to taste (but don't be stupid about it)
3-5 tablespoons water, as needed
Blend the chills first, then blend with the garlic, then the tomatillos.
