Yogacharya Manoj is based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. He began practicing yoga 7 years ago as a way to heal his body from addictions. After experiencing positive changes in his own body, Manoj decided to start teaching to help others find healing for their bodies. He brings the discipline of Ashtanga Yoga with the freestyle of Vinyasa to his classes. Manoj has been teaching since 2017. He has done his Master's in Human Consciousness & Yogic Science from Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar ( UK ).
His Youtube Channel will provide you Yoga, Ayurveda & Fitness (Mental & Physical Health)-related videos in a scientific way.
