PAULA DROZD - WHO'S GONNA LOVE ME

Paula Drozd is a singer, songwriter and musician from Poland. She came to Cork for a summer break in 2006. She fell in love with Cork and decided to stay. At the age of 7, she started studing music in her home. She finished first and second degree of Music School in Stalowa Wola. At 22 years of age, she decided to start playing keyboard and singing in local venues in Cork. She began to write more and more original material, composing some very catchy, melodic tunes. Over the next few months, Paula Drozd worked hard in the studio where she recorded her debiut E.P called 'Bleeding Hope'.

Vocally Paula Drozd is quite unique. Sometimes is being compared to Kate Bush or Tamia. Her music is a mix of various musical genres including soul, blues, pop and dance. She got influenced by Lauryn Hill and Janis Joplin.
