Another Tibetan self-immolation protestor has died. Human rights groups as well as Tibetan media say they have confirmed reports that 29-year-old monk Lobsang Gendun self-immolated near Penak monastery in Qinghai province.

Reports say he died at the scene. Chinese security forces attempted to remove his body, but residents brought the monk back to the monastery.

Phayul.com also reported that Tibetan Sungdue Kyab, who self-immolated two days ago, is being kept in a fortified hospital. His current condition is unknown.

Over 90 Tibetans half set themselves on fire to protest Chinese rule since 2009.
