IBM, Goldman Sachs, and Google Support LGBT Guide for India Business; MoneyGram Launches New Foundation; Subaru Sponsors 5th Annual Fall Festival with Greensgrow - CSR Minute for October 15, 2012

IBM, Goldman Sachs, and Google are launching a LGBT resource guide for corporations in India. The three companies will work with Community Business, a nonprofit that specializes in CSR, to make the business case for addressing the needs of LGBT employees.

MoneyGram has launched the MoneyGram Foundation to support the company’s mission to educate youth. The Foundation will fund programs that provide educational resources and school supplies to millions of children around the world. Since 2006, the company has donated $500,000 annually to nonprofits through its Global Giving program.

Subaru has marked its 5th Annual Subaru Fall Festival at Greensgrow Farms in Philadelphia. The Festival, held annually at Greensgrow Farms, a leader in urban agriculture, celebrates fresh food, local vendors, crafts, and farm fun. Subaru supported a Kid’s Corner with music, activities, and a coat drive to benefit the Covenant House.
