SINOBALER - Heavy Duty Horizontal Bagging Baler
Sinobaler Heavy Duty Horizontal Bagging Baler SHB1-WS-600 is constituted by 20HP (15kw) motor, 60 tons pressing force, and with 59-inch (1500mm) ram. It has an output capacity of up to 1.1 ton per hour, in bales weighing around 55 lbs (25kg) to 66 lbs (30kg) each.
It is specially designed for making bales for loose materials like sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, hay, straws, rags, peanut shells, rice husks, cotton seeds, etc. With the help of an in-feed conveyor, it can be fully automatic from material feeding, to material compressing and bale ejecting. All procedures are controlled by the PLC program and all steps will be followed through and completed by simply pressing the START button only.
This horizontal bagging baler is ideal for pet food factories, animal bedding material factories, textile recycling facilities, plant fertilizer factories, farms, and any other facility that produces a large amount of loose waste materials in small pieces.
