Sinobaler Automatic Horizontal Baler SHBA2-1200, is a state of the art 120 ton baling press powered by a 75HP (55KW) motor and a 83 inch (2100 mm) Ram. It has an output capacity of 7-10 tons per hour, in bales of 1600 lbs (725 kg) to 2400 lbs (1100kg). Output range is 7 to 13 bales per hour.
It can continuously handle cardboard, waste paper, plastic film, carton boxes, pet, hdpe and ldpe bottles through conveyor or cyclone feed. The SHBA2-1200 has the highest specs in the SHBA2 baler series. This machine is built to last with high strength steels, integrated hydraulic manifold block. Trouble shoot can be controlled from Mitsubishi touchscreen plc with remote assistance (via internet) provided as an option.
