The blast was enough strip the paint from this car in western Afghanistan.
The bomb, attached to a bicycle, was detonated remotely in this market in Herat. At least 18 people are wounded ---- a burka stained with blood --- three of them women. Doctors says at least five people are in critical condition.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
