Ahmadinejad rejects assassination plot claims

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran has dismissed American claims that his country was behind a plot to kill the Saudi ambassador to the US.

In an exclusive interview, he told Al Jazeera that any attempt to drive a wedge between Iran and Saudi Arabia would fail.
