Ferry capsizes in high winds near Zanzibar

At least 31 people are believed dead after a Tanzanian ferry with 280 people on board capsized near the island of Zanzibar.
Emergency services claim 145 people have been rescued while dozens remain missing.
Rescue services say the ferry, which left Dar es Salaam earlier in the day, got into trouble in high winds.
