Under water transformer cook up

A small transformer was submerged in water and then put on 240 Volts with the secondary winding shorted out.
The second attempt was with the secondary winding on 240 Volts and the primary winding shorted out.
Just observe what happens as the transformer eventually succombes under this electrical torture.
