My 48 Volts DC accu's -- for battery overcharging test rig

data to follow:
Here my 48 Volts accu bank set up.

With DC a lot more current can be obtained as the impedance of the accu's is very low.

As long good connections are made, and the cables are big enough, large currents are available for testing, compared as with AC where the maximum current is controlled by the transformer's kVA rating and the ciruit braker 20 (27) Ampères for a 240 Volts supply.

A word of caution !!
These experiments are dangerous and should not be done by people with not enough knowledge of the behaviour of accu's and batteries.
Minimum PPE are goggles and long sleeved overalls.
