Marriott Recognized as Top 50 Company for Women by National Association for Female Executives; TD Bank Foundation Donates $100K to Feed Needy Floridians - CSR Minute for February 21, 2012.

Marriott has been recognized by the National Association for Female Executives as one of the Top 50 Companies for Women in 2012. Marriot ranked in the top 15 on this list, which highlights organizations with policies and practices that encourage the advancement of women. Marriott’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council, which oversees women’s development and advancement in revenue-generating and global leadership roles, and its Women’s Leadership Development Initiative have resulted in many highly placed women executives at the company. In addition, two of Marriott’s ten board members are women.

The TD Charitable Foundation, the giving arm of TD Bank, has donated $100,000 dollars to food banks and shelters throughout Florida to help meet the post-holiday demand for meals.
