Eli Manning led the New York Giants to a 4th quarter come-from-behind victory over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLVI, the second time the Giants have upset the Patriots in the Super Bowl in four years.

In a rematch of 2008's Super Bowl XLII, Giants coach Tom Coughlin beat his friend and former colleague, Patriots coach Bill Belichick.

Giants quarterback Eli Manning was named MVP of Super Bowl 46, as he was for Super Bowl 42.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady staked New England to a 10-9 lead at the end of the first half with Super Bowl record-breaking 96-yard touchdown drive. Brady broke Joe Montana's Super Bowl record for consecutive completions and Kurt Warner's record for career Super Bowl passing yards.

But once again Manning was clutch in the fourth quarter. With 3:46 left in the game, the Giants started at their own 12. Manning hit Mario Manningham on a key 38-yard pass and followed that with two more completions to set up Ahmad Bradshaw's game-winning touchdown run.
