US-Romania deal angers Russians

US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has signed an agreement to base anti-missile helicopters in Romania as part a NATO defence plan that has angered Russia. The accord, also signed by Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi, should see the interceptors deployed within four years. http://www.euronews.net/
