Moong Dal Wadi - Indian Food Recipes

Ingredients - 1 cup moong dal 50 gm moong wadi 1 tomato 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp ginger 1 tbsp garlic 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Few coriander leaves 2 tbsp ghee & oil 2 cups water Salt to taste Preparation - Heat the ghee. Add the moong wadi and fry till golden brown. Add cumin seeds, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and mix well. Add red chilli powder, moong dal, water and mix well. Add the fried moong wadi into the dal, salt and let it cook well. Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves
