DELICIOUS "Tadka Dal Fry" - Indian Food Recipes

Ingredients- For moong dal: 1 cup moong dal soaked and boiled 1 tsp turmeric powder Water 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 green chilli 1/2 inch ginger 1 tsp garlic Few coriander leaves 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Add the dal, water, salt and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
