Flowers and candles for the dead on Utoeya island

Over a thousand Norwegians have taken part in a torch parade near Utoeya island, the scene of the country's worst peace time massacre. Oslo police have begun releasing the names of the 76 people who died in the shootings on the island and of those who were killed in the bomb blast in the capital last Friday.
