Hi, I am Kelly with Karuna Yoga. We are going to take a Spinal Rotation today and this is excellent for opening up the flexibility of the spine. It is wonderful to soothe the digestive system, and opening up the hips and just overall sense of life force flow through the body, but in a grounded way. Yeah?

So hands on to the knees and we are going to take our eyes and we are going to look to the center of our brow, and this is to help with the chemical balance, the hormone balance.

So with eyes looking to the center of the brow, hands on to the knees. Just move your torso around in a circle to one side and just let the center of the chest come forward as you breathe in.

Curve round your spine as you breathe out. And notice just how you are grounded and rooted through the hips and let this breath open up the body. Let's take one more. Good, come on back to the center. Breathe in and breathe out.
