Kundalini Yoga - Dynamic Seated Twist

Hi, I am Kelly Wood with Karuna Yoga, we are going to take a Dynamic Seated Twist. So, we are going to take our hands up on to the shoulders, let's have those fingers in front and thumbs in back. And let's look to see that our elbows are straight out from shoulders. When we twist we give an internal cleansing to the organs of the body and we are also helping to open up the life force flow so we feel nice and awake and joyful and great.

We are going to have our eyes to third eye point, so we are looking to the middle of the brow and this is good for the hormonal balance. This affects the way that we feel and we think; hormonal balance, so it's good to be grounded and feeling calm.

So we are going to turn side to side, inhale to your left and exhale to your right and keep it going. You want to keep your spine nice and tall, let your head turn with your torso. We will take few more rounds. Keep your breath nice and fluid. Come back to the center, breathe in and breathe out, hands on to the knees.
