Arabic-Web-India looks to boost trade ties with Africa

India entrepreneurs are flooding back to Africa where they find business is good and trade brisk. But they are still playing catch-up with China. Last year, India's imports from Africa were worth $20.7 billion and its exports stood at $10.3 the same year. But China's trade with Africa remains far heftier, with its bilateral trade in 2010 totalling $126.9 billion, a 39-percent rise from 2009, according to official figures. India will be looking to redress that imbalance as it heads to a summit with the African Union on Tuesday. A voiced AFPTV report.
