Paneer Makkai Cottage Cheese with Corn- Indian Food Recipes

Ingredients- 400 gm paneer 200 gm tomato puree 2 medium sized capsicums 1 cup corn kernels 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 5 - 6 garlic flakes 1/2 inch ginger salt to taste 1-1 1/2 tbsp oil coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp garam masala powder Preparation- Heat the oil,add garlic and ginger and stir fry. Add tomato puree,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and mix well. Add paneer and let it cook for 4 minutes. Add capsicum,boiled corn and mix well. Add salt and let it cook for 7 minutes. Add coriander leaves and garam masala. Serve hot
