Serguei Ivanov wins stage 14, George Hincapie finishes ahead of peloton. In a surprise, Garmin-Slipstream leads peloton pace and chases down Hincapie to deny him the Yellow jersey by 5 seconds. Nocentini retains the Yellow jersey. Cavendish DQ'ed for irregular sprint, Green jersey goes back to Thor Hushovd
