The Physio-Twist, provide exercisers with a first ever means of secure attachment of a physio ball to pulley / weight stack multi purpose exercise machine for the express purpose of performing the physio twist exercise. Physio-Twist is a belt designed to be secured to any commonly sized physio ball with a side release snap buckle that may be drawn down for a snug fit. To ensure a solid, well positioned grip on the ball, Physio-Twist features stirrup handles located on either side of the physio ball which may be easily adjusted to suit users arm length through the use of a cam lock lever type of buckle.
