Five thousand dancers from around the world will be at the Fifth World Salsa Festival of Cali this September to compete for the title of World's Best Salsa Dancers. With thousands of Salsa dancers from the 60 plus Salsa schools in Cali, this event has become almost an entirely Cali affair.
