More than 20 international delegations of dancers participate in the 17th edition of the World Salsa Festival in Cali, Colombia. The festival also offers open classes and activities to learn how to dance salsa. "To me, that's life and that's what I recommend to the whole world: dance salsa, don't pay for a health plan." says Andres Leudo, a Salsa instructor.
