Pathum Thani celebrates Mother's Day

Pathum Thani, a district north of Bangkok, plays a significant role in preserving Thai traditions and ethnically motivated celebrations. Mid August is Mother's Day and nationwide celebrations on the auspicious Birthday of H.M. The Queen of Thailand (12.08) amount to picturesque shows to honor the "Nation"s Mother" and all mothers.
