Golden Tigresses dedicate win to rookie ace

The UST Golden Tigresses dedicate their 25-14, 25-13, 28-30, 25-15 win over the UP Fighting Maroons to rookie ace spiker Angge Poyos. Poyos, one of the MVP candidates in Season 86 women's volleyball tournament, did not play against UP at the Mall of Asia Arena on Wednesday, April 10, 2023, as she was recovering from sickness. Jonna Perdido stepped up in Poyos' absence with a career-best tying 24 points.
